Wake Transit 101 has been designed to provide TPAC members, lead agency leadership and program staff as well as CAMPO and GoTriangle board members a comprehensive overview of what the Wake Transit program is, where the money comes from, who the decision-makers are, when and how short- and long-term investment decisions are made and where they fit into the planning process.

12:30-1:30pm	Sign In Meet & Greet	Doors open at 12:30pm for registration and the social hour. Please arrive before 1:30pm to sign in, recieve your attendee packet, to grab a drink and snack, etc.
1:30-3:00pm	Section 1	Welcome Program History Wake Transit's origin story, where we started Guidance and Authority Written authority and roles in the planning and decision-making process Plans, Policies and Processes The nuts and bolts of how, when and why we do what we do
3:00-3:15pm	Break	15-minute break
3:15-4:30pm	Section 2	The bigger picture How Wake Transit work informs regional and state transportation plans Community, Partner and Stakeholder Engagement Engagement priorities, current events, how to get/stay involved Where we are today and What's being planned through 2035 2025 investment progress update and a look at 2035 future network plans Reporting and Tracking Future of the annual progress report and Wake Transit Performance Tracker
4:30-5:00pm	Q&A	Optional - Q&A panel session with presenters, staff and other Wake Transit partners.
